How do I get the key for the property?
To clarify the handover of the keys, please call the respective caretaker service at least 48 hours before your arrival. Please refer to your contract documents for the contact details. Don't you have them at hand?
Is there a washing machine?
A washing machine is available in the central utility room and can be used for a fee. (Also other aids such as vacuum cleaners)

It can happen that a device does not work as expected or breaks during use. In such cases, please call:
I need a bike.
There are several bike rental stations in Born, one in the immediate vicinity. There are also stations with pick-up and delivery services from other locations.
Do I have to bring bed linen?
No, not necessarily. Because if you like, there is matching bed linen for a fee, which can be taken into account when booking.
There are 120 x 190 cm polyester quilts and 80 x 80 cm pillows available.

Is the use of the sauna free of charge?
There is a chargeable sauna house in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. To use it, please make an appointment in advance.
